Congratulations to Josie Eveslage, Melrose Area Track & Field Athlete, for breaking the record for Pole Vault! Josie soared over the 10 foot bar, setting a new record at the Dave Sieben Invitational Track Meet on May 9, 2024. The previous record was set by Amanda Thieschafer.
Josie earned another new record and personal best at the West Central Conference Meet in Morris on May 14, 2024, with a vault of 10'6"!
