Schedule for Collection of Students Instructional/Personal Items
We have created a schedule for students, along with parents, to come in and clear out their locker to get all personal items (locker room lockers too) and all instructional materials, including technology. We would ask that you stay with your dates and times as scheduled to alleviate traffic in the building. We would also ask that you quickly deal with this task and leave the building as soon as possible. Grades 3 -5 will have additional Chromebooks and chargers in their lockers to be taken home for later communication with their teachers.
The two main doors (Door 7 and Door 2) will be open during these time periods.
3/18 Seniors Last Names A - M 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Last Names N - Z 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
3/18 All other Students Last Name A-H 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
All other Students Last Name I - P 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
All other Students Last Name Q- Z 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
3/19 Any student that could not make a previous time 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
or call the building level secretary to make an appointment.
Horario para la recolección de artículos educativos / personales de los estudiantes
Hemos creado un horario para que los estudiantes, junto con los padres, entren y retiren su casillero para obtener todos los artículos personales (casilleros de los vestuarios también) y todos los materiales de instrucción, incluida la tecnología.
