Build 24 will now be offered in our building starting June 29 for students entering grades 7-12. Get ready for 20 days of core work, agility, quickness, and explosiveness training in the weight room and the gym. An additional goal of this program is helping students realize that sleep and nutrition during the summer are very important. BUILD 24 is about intense training, and about the 24 hours in a day - what you do to supplement the training with sleep, nutrition and self care.
