The number of COVID-19 cases this past week does show a decrease to 37.69  Current projections for next week will show this number will decrease to 29.91.

We continue to see the numbers going down at a modest pace. Although we have a cool and hopefully rainy week coming up there will still be opportunities for students to get outside and take their masks off.

I explained last week the confusion that has come out over wearing masks in the schools for the remainder of the year.  We only have 8 days of school left for the year counting today.  With graduation coming up this Friday we do not want to take any chances on a quarantine before graduation especially since we will have a fairly normal ceremony.  The final three days have a lot of activities with many opportunities for students to be outside.

If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me or any of the building principals.
