The School Board had a great working meeting last Wednesday (10/12). Different plans were presented to the school board by Wold Architects. The School Board continued to discuss information that was gained from the listening sessions within the last couple of weeks. There is a possibility the School Board will be able to make a decision at the next regular meeting on October 24 to move forward with solving facility issues of the district.
Another reminder on the candidate forum tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 18th at 7 pm at the Melrose City Center. This forum is sponsored by the Melrose Women of Today.
Don’t forget that we will be sending a test message from our App at noon on Thursday, October 20. If you do not receive this “test” message around noon on this day the information we have in our system may be incorrect. Please contact Cheryl Enneking to update your information. Having this information is very important when it comes to sending out notifications on school emergencies.
