Congratulations to the Knowledge Bowl teams who competed in HLWW yesterday for their third conference meet. The Varsity 1 Team of Eric Sundermann, Kendall Buening, Zach Nelson, and Mathew Stalboerger finished FIRST and is currently leading the conference with a total of 308.5 points, with one conference meet to go.
Melrose Varsity 3 Team of Ramona Lurken-Trvdik, Nina Prout, Bryce Moscho, and Hailey Hammond finished SECOND and is currently in fourth place in the conference with 260.5 points.
Melrose Varsity 2 Team finished FOURTH with 91.5 points and is currently in second in the conference with a score of 285 points.
Litchfield Varsity 1 claimed second at the HLWW meet with a score of 96. 5 and is currently in third in the conference with a score of 270.5.

Melrose JV B Team of Lee Sutton, Lucas Christenson, Bryan Ley, and Christian Casino Rendon finished THIRD with a score of 62.5 points and is currently in fourth place in the conference with a score of 179.5.
Melrose JV A Team of Landon Bueckers, Landon Ramirez, Tyler Klaphake, and Abigail Koltes finished FIFTH with a score of 58 and is currently in first place in the conference with a score of 211 points.

Congratulations to the Lady Dutchmen Girls Basketball Team! This team scored a win against Benson yesterday afternoon with a score of 65-49. Top scorers were Lexi Beste with 23 points, Avery Braegelmann with 13 points, and Aleah Funk with 8 points.

Congratulations to our Prairie Centre Boys Hockey Team, as they clinched the WCC Title last night in their 5-4 victory over Breckenridge/Wahpeton! This Championship is quite the honor, as last year our team was Co-Champions with two other teams. Two team members are students at Melrose Area Schools: James Rieland & Isaiah Hutchinson. The team is coached by our own Chad Wehrman, also a HS Math teacher. We're so proud of this team!

Congratulations to our Fusion Seniors: Zaron Olmschenk, Nolan Fleischhacker and Andrue Stalboerger on a great Senior Night! The Boys Swimming & Diving Team won their meet against Detroit Lakes, wrapping up their season dual meets with a 10-1 Record! Special Congratulations to Andrue Stalboerger, who set the Melrose Area Pool Record in Diving- with a score of 327.20! The old record was from 1974!
