How to Register For Activities With Affinety
Please go to the isd740.org website.
Look under Menu for the heading labeled Activities/Athletics -- or use the yellow box, labeled Activities
Click on Affinety Activity Registration
Click on the Blue Soccer Ball at the top to register for Activities
Create a New Profile (if you haven't already) or Log In with your email & password (if you have created a profile already)
Parents: After making your profile, you will be offered a chance to ‘Add A Student’ -- this is the time to name all the students in your family. This will link your family’s accounts. Students do not need to do this step.
Look at the list for a your activity, and choose your activity; IF YOU’RE PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD
Use ‘Special Payment Request’ if you want to pay in the office with cash or a check
The Affinety system walks you through all the forms, electronically
You will be asked for four Emergency Contacts
You will also be asked for your Insurance Name & Number.
