Preschool fun!
Melrose Public Schools will be having an event for Dia de Los Muertos (translated as 'Day of the Dead') on Monday, November 1st from 6 pm to approximately 8:30 pm. Come join us in the Elementary Cafeteria (door 2) to learn about different holidays and traditions! Dia de Los Muertos is not a holiday of sadness, but rather a grand celebration used to celebrate loved ones who have passed. We will have lots of fun activities such as a face painting station, a Sugar Skull Decorating Station, DIY Catrina Flower Crown Station and even get to see a real Dia de Los Muertos Altar! This will be followed by free popcorn and the Disney movie "Coco" at 7pm. We hope to see you there!
