On behalf of the Food For Thought committee, we wanted to give a big shout out to the Freeport and Melrose Fire Departments! They played in FULL GEAR last night at halftime at the boys basketball game to raise funds for the program and awareness of hunger in our area. The total raised in 7 minutes last night was $1424.18!

This program provides weekend food bags to over 170 students per week! Melrose Fire Department vs. Freeport Fire Department, come watch them on the court during half time!!

Gretta Kasper shot her first 50 at 15 meters on Monday night! Great job and good luck at the Melrose Archery Tournament on Saturday! The tournament is open to the public, and free to attend. It begins at 8 a.m. and will finish up at 5 p.m.

Terrence's Mission: “I believe what happens to a student today will affect your community tomorrow.
