Congratulations to Andrue Stalboerger who set a new Fusion and Melrose High School record in diving with a score of 249.10! He broke his own Fusion record, and the previous Melrose Diving record was set by David Imdieke in 1991. The Fusion defeated Detroit Lakes/Perham 119-66. Way to go Fusion!!

Grades 4 and 5 had a wonderful time skiing on their field trip yesterday! We are so thankful for the beautiful Minnesota weather! #DutchmenPride

Third Grade Students went on Elfcapades with Kindergarteners today! Spreading more than just cheer, they made cookies with lots and lots of sprinkles! It was so much fun!

Melrose Area Band Students, under the direction of Todd Prout, entertained students in the Elementary Cafeteria on December 20th and 21st! Students were able to clap and sing along. #DutchmenPride

Last week the Melrose Area High School Student Council raised money for Coltin Eggerth, a senior at Melrose High School, who was diagnosed with Leukemia in June. Students and staff enjoyed cinnamon rolls baked and cake while raising funds for a friend. Yesterday, Coltin and his parents were presented with a cake, care blanket, and a check for $2,132. On Wednesday, December 14, the Melrose Gymnastics Team teamed up with 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘁𝗮 sponsored by Calvary Lutheran Church, Elden’s Fresh Foods and Stony Creek Dairy and helped bag 300 meals for families in need this holiday season! Melrose Area High School Students are raising money for a fellow student! Coltin Eggerth, a senior, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia this past June, and continues to travel back and forth to Mayo Clinic for treatment. Profits from sales of hot chocolate, donuts and candy canes will benefit Coltin, and Dutchmen Cup Points will be awarded for each dollar donated. #DutchmenPride
